For 10 days, Bappa is worshipped with rituals and his favorite things are offered. When it comes to Bappa’s favorite offering, how can we forget the name of modak.

If Bappa is going to sit in your house too, then you must offer him his favorite prasad modak. Making ookadicha modak is definitely a bit difficult but if you want to make it in an easy way without steaming, then try our recipe. Today we will tell you about the recipe of how to make cashew modak without steaming. So, let’s know how to make Kaju Modak?

Ukadiche Modak (Steamed rice dumplings with sweet coconut filling) - Piping  Pot Curry

Ingredients for Kaju Modak:

1 cup cashews, half cup sugar, little milk, pistachio for filling, saffron dipped in milk, mould

How to make Kaju Modak:

First step: To make Kaju Modak, first roast the cashews on low flame. Now after that grind the cashews very finely.

Second step: Now add half cup sugar powder to the cashew powder and mix them well. Now add milk to it and knead them properly.

Third step: Now take a small dough and put it in the mould. Put a pistachio inside the mixture. Press the mould. Your Kaju Modak is ready.

Fourth step: Now place the modak in the puja thali and place the saffron dipped in milk on top of the modak.
