He will visit America even before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s New York visit. According to Sam, “Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi will visit America from 8 to 10 September.” He said, “Ever since Rahul Gandhi became the leader of the opposition, as the President of the Indian Overseas Congress, which has a presence in 32 countries, I have been bombarded with requests for Rahul from Indian expatriate diplomats, academics, businessmen, leaders, international media and many others.
Other people want to interact with Rahul Gandhi. That’s why everyone is liking to invite him to their place. Pitroda said that he is coming to America for a very brief visit. He will be in Dallas on September 8 and in Washington DC on September 9 and 10. During this visit, Rahul Gandhi will interact with students, academicians and community members of the University of Dallas and Texas. Pitroda said that we will hold a very big community gathering here. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a big program to address Indians in New York on September 23.
