Ingredients for Makhana Rabri:
Makhana – one cup, Milk – half a liter, Dates – one cup ground, Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon, Ghee – 1 teaspoon, Mixed dry fruits – 1 tablespoon

Method to make Makhana Rabri:
First step: First of all turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add 2 teaspoons of ghee and add 1 cup of makhanas. Fry the makhanas on low flame till they become crispy and golden brown.

Second step: Now put the roasted makhanas in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely. Now place a deep pan on the gas and pour half a liter of milk in it and let it boil for some time on medium flame.

Third step: When the milk boils well, then add the grinded makhana and one cup of ground dates and cook them for 15 minutes. When the mixture starts thickening, add cardamom powder and dry fruits roasted in ghee.

Fourth step: Now cook it on low flame for 5 minutes and keep stirring continuously. Your Makhana Rabri is ready, serve it hot in a plate.
