The third season of Bigg Boss OTT (Bigg Boss OTT 3) has started. Many famous faces from Bollywood to social media and YouTube have entered this season as contestants. One of these contestants is Delhi’s famous ‘Vada Pav Girl’ whose real name is Chandrika Dixit. She made a surprising disclosure in the show and told that she earns 40 thousand rupees a day by selling Vada Pav. Her statement came and discussion started on social media. Why not, this much is the monthly income of an average ‘corporate laborer’. That is why everyone from Bigg Boss contestants to audiences is surprised to know the figure of her earnings.
According to NDTV report, a fan page on Instagram shared a video of Chandrika’s conversation with other contestants inside the Bigg Boss house. This video is no longer available on Instagram. According to the report, during this conversation, Chandrika told about her income. The ‘Vada Pav Girl’ revealed that she earns Rs 40,000 daily by selling Vada Pav by putting up a cart on the road.
Before going to the show, when IANS asked Chandrika what she would say to those who are accusing her of doing drama to get attention, Chandrika said,
‘I am just putting my point of view, there is nothing like that. If I had to do drama to get attention, I would have done it two years ago, when I started my business on the cart. At that time I was in dire need of money.’
Talking about joining ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’, Chandrika said,
‘The opportunity I have got is very big, I will do it well and the reason behind this is my family, it is for the good future of my son. I think this will help me.’
Apart from Chandrika Dixit, influencer Armaan Malik has entered the house with his two wives Payal Malik and Kritika Malik in ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’. Actress Sana Maqbool, Sana Sultana, actor Sai Ketan Rao, Maxtern, Luv Kataria, Neeraj Goyat, Poulomi Das, Shivani Kumari, journalist Deepak Chaurasia, Munisha Khatwani and Vishal Pandey are also contestants of the show.
