Palestinian health officials have also confirmed the death of at least 57 people in the Israeli bombing in the southern and central regions. This devastating attack by Israel has created havoc in Gaza. Just 3 days ago, the Israeli army had carried out a similar fierce airstrike, in which at least 90 people were killed and more than 300 people were injured.
Following this attack, Palestinian Islamic militant group Hamas has accused Israel of intensifying attacks in Gaza to try to derail Arab and United States mediation efforts over the ceasefire agreement. At the same time, Israel says that it is trying to root out Hamas fighters. Gaza health officials said five Palestinians were killed in an airstrike on a house in the southern border city of Rafah. Israeli forces have been present in this area since May. He said that a man, his wife and two children were killed in nearby Khan Younis.
17 people killed in attack on car in Khan Younis
Palestinian officials said that Israel also carried out an airstrike on a car in Khan Younis in southern Gaza on Tuesday. At least 17 Palestinians were killed and 26 others were injured in this. The Health Ministry said that the airstrike took place near a tented area of displaced families in Attar Street in the humanitarian zone of Al-Mawasi. At the same time, the Israeli army said that a senior terrorist of the Islamic Jihad group, an ally of Hamas, was targeted in the attack. The army said in a statement, “We are looking into reports that several civilians were injured as a result of the attack.”

UN school also destroyed in attack
A UN school in Gaza was also subjected to deadly bombing, destroying the school. Several people were killed during this time. Doctors said at least four Palestinians were killed in separate shelling and air strikes in the historic Nuseirat camp in central Gaza. They said four people were also killed in Israeli airstrikes in Sheikh Zayed in northern Gaza. Health officials said a few hours later, an Israeli airstrike on a UN-run school housing displaced families in the Nuseirat camp killed 23 people and injured many others. The Hamas-run Gaza government media office said local journalist Mohammed Meshmesh was among those killed, bringing the number of journalists killed in the conflict to 160.
