Joe Biden: Former US President Barack Obama has privately expressed concern to Democratic Party leaders about President Joe Biden’s candidacy. The Washington Post reported on Thursday that Obama has told colleagues that Biden needs to rethink his candidacy.

The newspaper quoted those who know the former president’s opinion as saying that Obama believes Biden’s chances of winning have diminished and that the 81-year-old Biden should ‘seriously consider the viability of his candidacy.’

Pelosi warns Biden

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has privately warned Biden (81) that if he does not withdraw from the race for the nomination, the Democratic Party may lose its ability to gain control of the House.

According to sources familiar with the matter, Pelosi has also told Biden that he may not be able to defeat Republican candidate Donald Trump.
