Easy recipe of Besan Laddu:
Step 1- To make Besan Laddu, take a heavy bottom pan and add ghee to it and let it heat up. As soon as the ghee melts, add the gram flour. Now roast the gram flour by stirring it continuously. In the beginning, keep the flame of the gas high and then while stirring the gram flour, turn the flame to medium.

Step 2- As the gram flour roasts, it will become thinner. Roast the gram flour well till it turns brown. During this, keep the flame of the gas medium because on high gas, the gram flour starts burning.

Step 3- When the gram flour is roasted, the fragrance will start coming and the ghee will start leaving separately. The gram flour will start swelling a lot. When this starts happening, turn off the gas and keep stirring the gram flour in the pan from time to time so that it does not burn from the bottom. You can also take it out in another vessel. This will make the gram flour cool down quickly.

Step 4- Now put 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and fry the semolina and mix it in the gram flour. When the roasted gram flour cools down, add powdered sugar and mix. Keep in mind that if you mix powdered sugar in hot gram flour, it will become thin. Sometimes there are lumps in the powdered sugar, so add it only after sieving it.

Step 5- If you want to mix any dry fruits in the gram flour laddu, then cut the nuts for this and then mix it in the prepared mixture. Mix all the things well with your hands. Now take a ball of dough and make it round. Shape it like a laddu.

Step 6- Prepare all the gram flour laddus in this way and keep them. Keep them in a glass or steel vessel after 1-2 hours. Laddus made from gram flour and ghee do not spoil even for 10-15 days.
