There is very important news for all those candidates who have to apply for SSC MTS and Havildar Recruitment. The last date to apply for Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) and Havildar (CIBC and CBN) Recruitment Examination 2024 will close today i.e. on August 3. All those candidates who have not yet submitted the forms can apply by visiting the official website of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) ssc.gov.in. The commission said that the application correction window – August 16 to 17 (11 pm) – will remain unchanged. Let us tell you that earlier the last date to apply was July 31.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has also increased the number of posts for SSC MTS 2024. According to the information, the number of Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) posts to be filled through SSC MTS has been increased from the previously notified 4,887 vacancies to 6,144. Along with this, with the addition of 3,439 Havildar vacancies in CIBC and CBN, the total number has now gone up to 9,583.
Age limit to apply
To apply for MTS vacancies, the age of the candidate should be at least 18 years and maximum 25 years as on August 3 (as per the revised cut-off date).
For Havildar vacancies, the age limit of the candidates should be between 18 to 27 years as on August 3.

Educational qualification to apply
Candidates willing to apply for this recruitment must have passed class 10th (matriculation) examination or its equivalent exam from any recognized board.
What is the selection process
The selection process for SSC MTS Recruitment 2024 consists of a Computer Based Examination (CBE) consisting of two sessions. Session I and Session II. Candidates who qualify the first session will be allowed to proceed to Session II.
Application Fee
Candidates applying for this recruitment have to pay ₹100 as application fee for SSC MTS 2024. Application fee is exempted for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation.
