DU Admission 2024: Delhi University (DU) has now started the second phase after the first phase of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for undergraduates for the 2024-25 academic session. This phase is very important for the students to finalize their preferences in colleges, which will determine their admission in colleges. Students who complete Phase 1 will now have to select their preferred course and college.
Those who have not yet registered for the first phase on the CSAS portal can do so on the university portal. The university has decided to keep Phase 1 and Phase 2 open till August 7. No registration will be accepted after that deadline. However, candidates will get a chance to choose their preferences for both the phases till 5 pm on August 9. The university will announce the simulated rank on August 11. Candidates will be allowed to change their preferences between August 11 and 12. The first allotment list will be released on August 16.
DU Admission 2024: Some important dates
Registration for the CSAS portal will remain open till 4:59 pm on August 7, 2024.
The selected colleges and preferences will be locked by 5:00 pm on August 9, 2024.
DU classes will start from August 29.
There will be a semester break from October 27 to November 3. Semester classes will start again from November 4.
In this way, the full year schedule till July 20, 2025 has now been uploaded on the official website of DU, du.ac.in.
