Ingredients to make Ima Datshi:

2 types of chilies (less spicy and medium spicy), 7 to 8 chopped garlic pieces, 2 slices of cheese, black pepper powder, salt, water

Method to make Ima Datshi:

First step: To make Ima Datshi, first cut the chilies of less spicy and medium spicy from the middle and throw away their seeds. Now, after that take 7 to 8 chopped garlic and grind it finely.

Second step: Now turn on the gas and place a pan. When the pan gets hot, add 1 tablespoon of oil to it. After that, mix the chilies and garlic together in the oil. Fry them well. After a few seconds, turn the gas to medium flame, add 2 cups of water and put a lid on the pan.

Step 3: After 10-12 minutes, remove the lid of the pan and add 2 slices of cheese to it. When the cheese melts, add a pinch of black pepper powder and salt and mix well. Mix everything well once again. Turn off the gas after 10 minutes. Now, enjoy this recipe with rice
