New Delhi, June 20 Overseas investor companies Basic Atlantic and Asia Alternatives V (Mauritius) on Thursday offered 4.9 % stake in PNB Housing Finance for Rs 1,004 crore.

In accordance with knowledge out there about bulk offers on the Nationwide Inventory Trade (NSE), US-based personal fairness agency Basic Atlantic offered shares of PNB Housing by its subsidiary Basic Atlantic Singapore Fund FII PTE.

In accordance with out there knowledge, Basic Atlantic Singapore Fund FII and Asia Alternatives offered a complete of over 1.27 crore shares. That is equal to 4.9 % stake within the public sector housing finance firm.

These shares had been offered at a value of Rs 786.46-787.88 per share, taking the entire transaction worth of the deal to Rs 1,004.28 crore.

After the stake sale, Asia Alternatives V (Mauritius)’s stake in PNB Housing Finance declined to 7.43 per cent from 9.88 per cent. Basic Atlantic’s stake within the agency declined to 7.37 per cent from 9.82 per cent.

In the meantime, monetary providers companies BNP Paribas purchased 28.62 lakh shares of PNB Housing Finance whereas Morgan Stanley purchased 22.85 lakh shares.

The shares had been purchased at a median value of Rs 785 per share, taking the entire dimension to Rs 404.10 crore.

The small print of different patrons of PNB Housing Finance shares usually are not identified.
