In an important meeting of the Board of Directors of Procter & Gamble Health (P&G Health) held on Wednesday, August 21, a dividend of Rs 60 per share has been announced for the shareholders. P&G Health informed the stock market exchange that this dividend will be given to the shareholders for the financial year ended June 30, 2024.
Dividend money will come in the bank account by December 25, 2024
Procter & Gamble Health told the market exchanges BSE and NSE that the payment of dividend is yet to be approved in the company’s upcoming 57th AGM. After getting approval in the AGM, the dividend money will be sent to the account of the shareholders of the company by December 25, 2024.
The company had given a dividend of Rs 200 to the investors in February itself
Let us tell you that Procter & Gamble Health had earlier given a dividend of Rs 200 to its shareholders in February this year. This dividend of Rs 200 included Rs 50 of interim dividend and Rs 150 of special dividend. Now with the announcement of this dividend, the total dividend to be received by the shareholders of the company this year will be Rs 260.
The company’s shares closed with a decline on Wednesday
On Wednesday, the shares of Procter & Gamble Health closed at Rs 5,380.00 on NSE with a decline of Rs 48.65 (0.90%). The company’s stock, which closed at Rs 5,428.65 on Tuesday, opened with a gain of Rs 5,440.00 on Wednesday. During trading on Wednesday, the company’s stock touched a low of Rs 5,193.60 and a high of Rs 5,481.00.
