The circle rate of Sadar tehsil of Ayodhya district will increase by 200 percent from Wednesday next month. The officers provided this information. Ayodhya Division Commissioner Gaurav Dayal said that notice has been published for increase in circle rate and an exact circle rate will be issued in the first week of next month. Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav has alleged that the circle rate has been increased to benefit the people of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Circle rate will increase by 200 times
Additional Inspector General of Ayodhya (stamp) Yogendra Singh said that the land near the Ram temple area and along the highway has been purchased in the last three years at a price of 41 per cent to 1,235 per cent from the circle rate. In such a situation, it is estimated that the circle rate of land in major areas will increase by 200 %. After the life of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram, the prices of land are increasing rapidly here. Investors, real estate companies and large hotel series are buying land at high prices in Ayodhya.
Ram temple’s life was presented on 22 January
On January 22 this year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ayodhya gave the life of the statue of Lord Shri Ramlala. Land owners are being paid as per the circle rate through bank transfer and large amount of cash is being given. According to officials, after September 4, the district administration will issue a new circle rate, the process of which has been completed. On the instructions of Ayodhya District Magistrate CV Singh, the process of amendment of the evaluation list in the district has been finalized under Rule Four of 1997 on the instructions of CV Singh.
Price of property touching sky
The SDM, Tehsildar and Deputy Registrar have jointly surveyed and the revised circle rate for the year 2024 has been prepared. Due to the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram temple in January, the property rates are skyrocketing after large -scale construction activity. Focusing on this, the District Magistrate has proposed to increase the circle rate as per the dynamics of the current market. The rates here were amended in 2017 last time. The final rate list that will provide clarity to interested buyers about the amount of increase will be publicly available in the first week of next month.
