Gold Price Today: Gold prices fall, silver also falls, know today’s latest prices

Gold Price Today on 2nd July 2024: Gold and silver prices fell today due to weak global trend. This fall in prices occurred due to uncertainty over the US Fed’s rate cut decision. On Tuesday, the price of gold in Mumbai was seen trading at Rs 71,692 per 10 grams with a decline. At the same time, silver was also seen trading at Rs 88,015 per kg with a decline. Gold was seen trading almost stable at Rs 74,250 per 10 grams in Delhi. On the other hand, silver remained at Rs 90,000 per kg.

Gold and silver futures price
The domestic futures price of gold was seen trading with a decline on Tuesday evening. Gold for delivery on August 5, 2024 on the MCX exchange was seen trading at Rs 71,591 per 10 grams, down 0.09 per cent or Rs 63. At the same time, silver for delivery on September 5, 2024 was seen trading at Rs 90,320 per kg with a gain of 0.64 percent or Rs 570.

On Tuesday evening, the price of gold on Comex was seen trading at $2340.20 an ounce with a marginal gain of 0.06 percent or $1.30. At the same time, spot gold was seen trading at $2,326.27 an ounce, down 0.24 percent or $5.63.

Global price of silver

On Tuesday evening, the global price of silver on Comex was seen trading at $30.11 an ounce, up 1.66 percent or $0.49. At the same time, spot silver was seen trading at $29.58 an ounce, up 0.45 percent or $0.13.
