He said that Rao should resign from his post, as the Congress government has fulfilled its promise of crop loan waiver of Rs 2 lakh. Promised in the election
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had already announced that farmers’ loans up to Rs 2 lakh would be waived by August 15. The party had promised this loan waiver during the assembly elections held in the state. Now it is fulfilling this promise. Reddy has suggested that during the loan waiver under Rythu Vedika scheme, the state ministers and MLAs along with all the public representatives should gather the farmers in different areas and share this happiness with them.
