‘Anupama’ makers got a big shock, after Sudhanshu Pandey, this beauty said goodbye to the show

The famous TV show ‘Anupama’ is in tremendous discussion these days due to its cast. After Sudhanshu Pandey left the show, this show of Rajan Shahi has been in a lot of controversies. Meanwhile, the makers of ‘Anupama’ have got a big shock. Madalsa Sharma, who played the character of Kavya after Sudhanshu Pandey, has said goodbye to this serial after four years. The actress said that when she joined the show in 2020, she got a chance to work with lead characters Anupama (played by Rupali Ganguly) and Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey). TV actress Madalsa Sharma says that there is nothing special left for her character in the show.

Speaking to Times of India, Madalsa shared that her character Kavya was created to create turmoil in Anupama’s life, which changed the lives of everyone in the story. She said, ‘Kavya was shown as an independent and strong woman who had the courage to love and live with a married man. My character developed tremendously, but in the last one year I felt that the story has moved beyond Vanraj, Kavya and Anupama.’ Madalsa Sharma has also revealed the reason for leaving the show ‘Anupama’.

Why did Madalsa Sharma leave Anupama

Revealing the reason for leaving the show ‘Anupama’, Madalsa Sharma told that ‘there was not much spice or shine left in her character, but if Kavya had continued to play the gray character as before, she would have remained a part of the show.’ Madalsa further said, ‘For the last few months, the creative team was trying to do something different with my character, but nothing worked. So, (producer) Rajan Shahi sir and I mutually decided that it is best for me to move on.’

This character will always remain close to my heart

Madalsa, wife of Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mimoh, said that her mother, husband and father-in-law believed that if she wanted to do other work and move forward, she should move on. She said, ‘I wanted to leave the show when my character was being appreciated and liked. This character will always remain close to my heart.’
