Today the pre-release event of the film Kalki 2898 AD was held in Mumbai. The entire star cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone arrived to attend this event.
As soon as Prabhas entered, the media surrounded him from all sides. Prabhas, dressed in black, greeted them with a smile. 81 year old Amitabh Bachchan also took a grand entry in the event. This grand event is taking place at Novotel Hotel in Juhu, Mumbai.
At the beginning of the event, different promotional videos related to the film were shown. Amitabh Bachchan supported pregnant Deepika Padukone while climbing the stage.

Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in the role of Ashwatthama in the film, while Prabhas is playing the role of Bhairava in the film. The film has been directed by South’s popular director Nag Ashwin. This is a science fiction film, which has been made by linking it with mythology. The film will be released in Hindi as well as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and English.
