Ingredients for making Soya Nuggets
Soya chunks, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt according to taste, black pepper powder, 2 potatoes, corn flour, refined flour, paneer, oil
Method to make Soya Nuggets:
First step: To make soya nuggets, first boil 2 cups of soya nuggets in water. When the soya boils, turn off the gas. Strain the soya and keep it in another vessel. Add cold water to it and squeeze it well after keeping it for some time. Now put soya, green coriander, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in a grinder jar and grind it coarsely.
Second step: Now turn on the gas and put the potatoes to boil in a cooker. When the potatoes are boiled, peel their peels and mash them well. Now add the mashed potatoes to the soybeans. Now add finely chopped coriander, finely chopped garlic, garam masala, red chili powder, salt and corn flour and mix the mixture well.
Third step: Now take 3 teaspoons of flour and add black pepper powder to it and make a thick batter. Now, take corn namkeen and make its crumbs. After that cut the cheese cubes into squares. Now, take the soybean mixture and make a dough of it. Now make the dough deep and add cheese cubes to it. Now, after that dip the nuggets in the flour batter. After that wrap the corn namkeen crumbs on the nuggets.
Step 4: Now, in the last step, deep fry the nuggets. That is, fry them well in oil. Your crispy nuggets are ready. Enjoy with chutney, sauce or mayonnaise
