Bad diet – Nowadays unhealthy diet is becoming the cause of many diseases. According to Professor Chintamani, red meat, non-vegetarian diet, preservative foods, packed food, outside food in the diet can increase the risk of diseases like cancer. Eating fruits and vegetables with chemicals also increases the risk of cancer.

Alcohol and cigarettes- Nowadays most of the women have started smoking and drinking. Consumption of meat and alcohol means smoking and drinking more is also a reason. Earlier women used to smoke very less. Smoking means tobacco, that is, all things containing nicotine increase the risk of cancer.

Obesity- Nowadays, due to increasing obesity, the risk of dangerous diseases like cancer is also increasing rapidly. Especially in women, obesity causes many diseases.

Environment- The continuously deteriorating environment in metros can also be a cause of cancer. Pollution affects many parts of the body.

Late marriage and child- The trend of late marriage is increasing in our country. Due to which late pregnancy occurs. Both these reasons also increase the risk of breast cancer.

Less breast feeding- Nowadays people do not breast feed the baby properly even for 6 months. Earlier mothers used to feed children for 2-2 years. When you breastfeed, the risk of cancer reduces. Breastfeeding provides protection against cancer.

How to avoid the risk of breast cancer

Stop eating outside food, especially preserved food. Include high fiber food in your diet as much as possible. Eat green vegetables and fruits. Exercise for 30 minutes daily. Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes. Minimize tension and stress. Control obesity. Sleep and wake up on time. This will improve your lifestyle and you can avoid diseases to a great extent.
