Use this herbal powder:
30-40 curry leaves, 1 tablespoon fenugreek, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon black pepper:
Curry leaves: Curry leaves help control blood sugar levels and improve insulin function.
Fenugreek seeds: Fenugreek seeds are known for their ability to lower blood sugar levels and improve glucose tolerance.
Cumin: Cumin has anti-diabetic properties and may help control blood sugar levels.
Turmeric: Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, has anti-inflammatory properties and may improve insulin sensitivity.
How to make the powder?
Wash and dry the curry leaves thoroughly. In a pan, lightly roast the fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds on low flame until they turn golden brown and aromatic. Keep aside to cool. Once the roasted seeds cool down, grind them finely using a spice grinder. Add the curry leaves, turmeric powder and black pepper to the grinder and grind everything finely. Store the powder in an airtight container. It can be kept for up to two weeks.
How to use?
Mix 1 teaspoon of this powder in a glass of warm water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. You can also sprinkle this powder on salads, soups or use it as a seasoning for various dishes.
