Dengue fever: Symptoms, treatment, and prevention

Dengue – Dengue fever can be very painful and fatal. Dengue virus spreads due to mosquitoes and mosquitoes come due to dirt and water accumulation. Therefore, clean the house. Do not let water accumulate anywhere and take great care of hygiene.

Malaria: Monsoon season and malaria go hand in hand. Rain helps mosquitoes to breed as it keeps water stagnant. Such areas can be kept clean to prevent the spread of malaria.

Hepatitis A – Hepatitis A infection mostly affects the liver and causes inflammation. Hepatitis A is a very contagious disease and spreads among people through food or water containing the virus. Frequent symptoms of hepatitis A include fever, vomiting, rashes. Taking care of hygiene can prevent this disease.

Cold and Flu: Due to fluctuations in temperature during rainy season, the body is susceptible to bacterial and viral infections. Actually, immunity is weakened in this season, so to strengthen it, one should improve their diet.
