Stomach ache, fever or chest pain should not be taken lightly at all. Many times people ignore stomach ache thinking it to be gas pain. But this negligence can become a problem for you. Due to deteriorating lifestyle, these types of problems have started occurring. Lifestyle has become so irregular that it directly affects your digestive system. Sitting for long hours, eating junk food, not getting enough sleep can sometimes cause indigestion and stomach related problems. Which can cause stomach ache. If the pain is due to gas acidity, then you can also get relief by doing some home remedies.
Home remedies for gas, acidity and stomach ache
Black salt- In Ayurveda, black salt, dry ginger, asafoetida, yavakshar and carom seeds powder are considered to be stomach ache relievers. Taking 2-2 grams of this powder in the morning and evening will give relief from stomach ache. By consuming this powder with lukewarm water, stomach gurgling and stomach cramps can be relieved.
Ajwain- Consume celery in case of gas acidity in the stomach. For this, mix 1-2 grams of celery and 1 gram dry ginger and grind it. You can also add a little black salt to it. Take this powder with lukewarm water on an empty stomach or after breakfast. This will provide relief from stomach pain and reduce gas acidity.
Harad- Harad is an effective home remedy to relieve stomach pain. Soak 2 harad, mix a little black salt, 1 long pepper and celery and grind them well. Eat this powder with warm water. Taking it after dinner at night can reduce the problem of gas acidity.
Garlic- To get rid of the problem of gas acidity, drink 1 teaspoon garlic juice daily by mixing 3 teaspoons plain water in it. You have to consume it for a week after meals in the morning and evening. This will reduce the problem of stomach pain and gas.
Peppermint- Mint juice is also effective in case of stomach pain. For this, take out 2 teaspoons of mint juice. Mix 2 teaspoons of honey, a little lemon juice and water in it and drink it. This will also provide relief from stomach pain.
