Take about 1 gram dry ginger, 1 gram black pepper and 1 gram long pepper. Take all the three things in equal quantity and grind them to make powder. Take some sugar or Desi Khand and mix it in the powder to make it sweet. Now consume 1 spoon of this trikut powder with milk every night. This will prevent any kind of infection from coming near you. It works as a panacea for cold and cough. It will remove even the oldest phlegm. You can also store this powder for many months after making it. If you want, you can also consume it by mixing honey in this powder.
