Actually, high heels cause pressure on the ankles, which causes this problem. Wearing poorly fitting shoes also causes foot corn. To get rid of the problem of foot corn, one should avoid wearing high heels and pointed shoes. Keep the toenails trimmed. The feet should be cleaned with a scrubbing brush every day. After washing the feet, dry them thoroughly and apply moisturizing cream on them. Use a pumice stone or foot foot file regularly. Wear clean socks daily and use talcum powder on the soles of your feet to prevent sweating.
