Recipe for making Paneer Chingari:
Step 1- To make Paneer Chingari, you have to take about 100 grams of Paneer and break it finely. Now put the Paneer in the mixer jar and pour ¾ cup of milk on top. Now grind it in a grinder and make a smooth paste and keep it aside.

Step 2- Now heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds, some kasuri methi, spices. In the same oil, add 1 inch ginger chopped, 1 chili chopped, and half onion and fry lightly. Add 2 teaspoons green onion, 2 teaspoons coriander and fry.

Step 3- Reduce the flame of the gas and add some cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt. Now fry them till they smell. Add the prepared paneer and milk paste to this masala and mix. When the gravy thickens and starts leaving a little oil, keep the gravy aside.

Step 4- Now to make spicy paneer, take a clean pan, add 2 teaspoons of oil and heat it by adding 1 teaspoon of butter. Add some kasuri methi, 1-2 teaspoons of sesame seeds and fry lightly.

Step 5- Cut half onion, 1 chopped capsicum and about 100 grams paneer into cubes and fry for 1 minute. Add some turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili powder and salt and fry.

Step 5- Now add 2 teaspoons coriander and half lemon juice on paneer and mix. Finally add fried spicy paneer, capsicum and onion on top of the prepared paneer gravy. Delicious paneer Chingari sabji is ready. Eat it with roti or paratha.
