1 cup soaked sabudana, 2 boiled and mashed potatoes, half cup roasted and mashed peanuts, chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon ginger, garlic and chili paste, salt to taste, half teaspoon cumin seeds, half teaspoon chili powder, oil as required
Method to make Sabudana Fries: How to make Sabudana Fries
First step: To make Sabudana Fries, first soak the sabudana in water overnight or for 5-6 hours. After the stipulated time, take out both of them from the water and filter the water well. Now, turn on the gas and boil the potatoes and roast the peanuts and grind them coarsely.
Second step: Now in a bowl, add sabudana, mashed boiled potatoes, coarsely ground peanuts, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chili paste, red chili powder, salt and cumin seeds as per taste. Mix all these ingredients well.
Third Step: Your mixture is ready. Now shape them into fries with your hands. Turn on the gas and heat oil in a pan. Now, add the prepared fries to the pan. Let it cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until it becomes crispy. Take it out gently. Now serve hot fries with green chutney and curd.
