Method of making potato chaat

For this, take 2 large size raw potatoes, peel them and wash them and put them in water.

Now cut the potatoes into big pieces like chaat, spread them on a cotton cloth.

Wipe the potatoes with a cloth and now fry them in ghee for fasting.

When the ghee is hot, add all the potatoes and keep increasing the flame from medium to high.

Fry the potatoes well till they turn golden so that they get cooked from inside as well.

When the potatoes are cooked, take them out and keep them open. Now add green chillies and ginger rings to it.

Add green coriander chutney to the potatoes and add roasted cumin, salt, chaat masala, some garam masala.

Sweet Potato Chaat

You can also add sweet chutney made from tamarind or mango to it and mix everything.

While serving, squeeze lemon juice over it and enjoy this tasty and crispy potato chaat during the fast.

If you are making it normal, then you can also add some onion and red chilli to it.

To make green coriander chutney during the fast, you can use green chillies, rock salt and cumin.

If you eat tomatoes during the fast, then you can also make chutney by adding tomatoes to it.
