Add about half a teaspoon of cardamom powder to the flour. Mix all the things in the dry flour and then make a solution by adding jaggery water to it.

Second step- Soak the jaggery in hot water for about 30 minutes and then mix it with a spoon to make syrup. Use it for sweet while making the flour batter. While mixing the flour in a blender, keep adding the jaggery water while filtering it. If the paste seems thick, then prepare the batter of the chilla by adding some water to it.

Third step- The batter of the chilla should not be too thick. After mixing it, keep the batter aside for 10 minutes. So that it sets and swells a little. After keeping the batter, it will become a little thick. The batter of the chilla has to be made in such a way that it keeps falling from the blender continuously.
