First step- To make sprouts cheela, first of all you have to take out one cup of sprouted grains, one cup of gram flour, half a cup of finely chopped onion, green chilies and coriander leaves in a bowl.
Second step- Now add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt in the same bowl.
Third step- After this, you have to add some water in this bowl and mix all these things well and prepare a thick paste.
