1 cup roasted makhana, half cup curd, half cup pomegranate seeds, chopped green coriander, 1 pinch cumin powder, pinch black pepper, pinch red chili powder, rock salt
Method of making makhana and curd salad:
First step: To make makhana, first roast the makhana. When the pan is hot, add half a teaspoon of ghee to it and then add makhana and roast it well.
