How to make makhana raita?

To make makhana raita, first take 1 bowl of fresh and thick curd.

Beat the curd and add sugar to it and keep it in the fridge to cool.

Now put 1-2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan and roast the makhana till it becomes crispy.

Now prepare the tempering for the raita. For this, put 2 teaspoons of ghee in the pan for tempering.

Sweet Makhana Raita

Add 2 tablespoons of grated coconut powder, 10-15 chironji and 10-12 raisins to it.

When all the things are lightly golden roasted, add them to the curd as a tempering and mix.

For flavor in the curd, grind 1-2 cardamoms and make a powder and add it, this improves the taste.

Now while serving the raita, add crispy roasted makhana on top and serve it cold.
