Because you will not have to use sugar or syrup to make it. So, let’s know how to make this dry fruit laddu?
Ingredients for dry fruit laddus:
One cup of almonds, a cup of cashew nuts, a cup of walnuts, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons of watermelon seeds, 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds, half cup dried coconut saws, one and a half cup dried figs, one and a half cup dates, half Cup raisins, 3 four jaggery pieces, one cup of ghee, tsp cardamom powder
Method of making dry fruit laddus:
First step: Wash one and a half cup figs, half cup raisins and one and a half cup dates at night and soak it in water. Remove the seeds from the dates in the morning and then add these three in a mixer jar and grind them finely.
Second step: Now put a pan on the gas and put half a cup of ghee. When the ghee is hot, it is one cup of almonds, a cup of cashew nuts, a cup of walnuts (coarsely ground) 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons of watermelon seeds, 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds and half cup dried coconut saws Add and fry till it becomes golden. When they become golden, take them out in a big bowl.
Third step: Now put 2 tablespoons of ghee in the same pan, when the ghee is hot, then add 3 four jaggery pieces and let it melt. When the jaggery is melted, add a mixture made of figs and dates to it and cook for a few minutes. (If you are a patient of sugar, do not use jaggery in this laddu)
Fourth Step: Now add a mixture of dry fruits to this mixture of jaggery and figs. Mix all the ingredients well. When the mixture cools down slightly, make laddus in round shape. When the laddus are formed, keep it in an air tight container. You can use this laddus for a month.
