One cup curd, 10 to 12 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies, 1 teaspoon dry coriander leaves, a pinch of turmeric, half teaspoon red chilli, pink salt according to taste, 2 teaspoon oil, half teaspoon cumin seeds, half teaspoon mustard seeds, half teaspoon fennel
How to make Curd, Chilli and Garlic Curry?
First step: To make curd, chilli and garlic curry, first take one cup curd and beat it well. Now, add 1 teaspoon dry coriander leaves, a pinch of turmeric, half teaspoon red chilli, pink salt according to taste in the beaten curd. Now mix all these ingredients well. Now keep this bowl in one place.
Second step: Now turn on the gas and keep a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add 2 teaspoons of oil in it. In the oil, temper with half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, half a teaspoon of mustard seeds, half a teaspoon of fennel seeds and curry leaves.
Third step: When it turns light golden, add grated garlic and chillies to it. Now let the garlic turn red. When the garlic turns red, add the curd mixture to it and mix them well. Now add half a cup of water to it and cook the vegetable for 5 minutes. Your curd and garlic vegetable is ready. Eat it heartily with roti or rice.
