First step- To make this recipe, first of all you have to add a little salt to half a cup of soaked chana dal and cook it in a pan on medium flame for about 40 minutes.
Second step- When the water of the lentils dries up, then you have to fry the lentils well by adding one spoon of ghee in the pan.
Third step- Now mix celery, turmeric powder, chili, salt, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves and green chilies in the lentils.
Fourth step- After this, you have to mash this roasted lentil well. Now mix one spoon semolina, one spoon ghee and a little salt in two cups of flour and knead it.
Fifth step- Keep the dough covered for about 10 minutes and when the lentil mixture cools down, make dough balls and fill them with stuffing.
