Russia Space Station: After the Russia-Ukraine war, Russia and Western countries are in strong opposition to each other. Its effect is also visible in other areas. The International Space Station, in which both America and Russia are partners, has now parted ways. Russia will withdraw from the functioning of the International Space Station (ISS) in the next few years. It has started preparing for its own separate station, whose detailed roadmap has come out. It is expected that the initial modules of the Russian space station will be launched in the next three years.

Citing Russian news agency TASS, Space.com has written that on July 2, Russia’s space agency Roscosmos told about its planning. It is working on a space station named Russian Orbital Service Station (ROSS).

According to the report, Russia can launch the first X-shaped module by the year 2027. It will be a research and power node. Similarly, four more modules will be launched by 2030. Then by 2033, two major modules will be added to them. Roscosmos plans to send the first group of astronauts to the space station in the year 2028. It is also suggested that the space station should be operated without a crew.

According to the report, Russia’s space station will also work at the same height at which the International Space Station exists. It is 400 kilometers above the Earth. The Russian Space Agency believes that this place is beneficial for exploring the entire surface of the Earth. The estimated cost of Russia’s space station is around 7 billion US dollars.
