Exam city allotment details released for NEET PG, know here when the admit cards will come

The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has shared the exam city allotment details of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2024 through SMS. Earlier, the Medical Entrance Authority had said that the list of exam city allotment would be released through email, but medical candidates have received it through SMS. Candidates who have not yet checked their exam city allotment list can check it by going to the SMS application of their phone.

The Medical Examination Authority will not release the NEET PG 2024 exam city allotment list on the official website. Let us tell you that the examination authority has only given the names of the cities where the examination centers of the candidates will be set up. The address of the examination centers will be mentioned on the admit card. As per the official announcement, NEET PG 2024 admit cards will be released on August 8. Once it is released, candidates will be able to download it from the official website of NBEMS, natboard.edu.in.

NEET PG 2024 Exam Date
The NEET PG 2024 exam will be held on August 11 at various exam centres. Originally, the exams were scheduled to be held on June 23 but were postponed to August by the Health Ministry.

After the revised announcement, the exam authority released a list of 185 exam cities and asked candidates to select four cities of their choice. Candidates who did not indicate any exam centre preference will be allotted an exam centre anywhere in the country.

NEET PG 2024 Exam Pattern
The NEET PG exam will be a computer-based test. A total of 200 multiple-choice questions carrying 800 marks will be asked in the exam. Four marks will be awarded for each correct answer while one mark will be deducted for each wrong attempt. NEET PG 2024 exam will be conducted for admission to 13,886 Master of Surgery (MS), 26,699 Doctor of Medicine (MD) and 922 PG Diploma seats.
