Registration for IIT JAM 2025 starting tomorrow, know what documents will be required
The online process for admission to various postgraduate courses through JAM 2025 will start tomorrow i.e. September 3. Candidates willing to apply for the Joint Admission Test for Masters can submit the application through online mode before October 11. The application forms for JAM 2025 can be viewed on the official website jam2025.iitd.ac.in.
To submit the online application, candidates must first register on the official web portal of JOAPS. After successfully registering on the JOAPS portal, they can proceed with their application form.
How much fee will have to be paid?
Female, SC, ST and differently abled candidates will have to pay Rs 900 for one test paper and Rs 1,250 for two papers. For all other categories, the application fee is Rs 1,800 for one paper and Rs 2,500 for two test papers. The applicable fee for changing the exam city, test paper, category or gender is Rs 300.
What documents will be required
Class 10 (SSC) mark sheet/certificate
Recent good qualifying photograph. The photograph should match your appearance on the day of the exam.

Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWD) and OBC-NCL and EWS certificate
IIT JAM 2025: How to apply?
First of all go to the official website jam2025.iitd.ac.in.
Then click on the ‘Registration’ tab.
Then register yourself before proceeding to the application form.
After successful registration proceed with the application form.
Now upload the documents, pay the application fee and submit.
Finally take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
