Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released bumper vacancies for medical students. The board has issued a notification for recruitment to 1376 posts under the paramedical category. According to the notification, the application process for this recruitment will start from August 17 which will run till September 16, 2024. Remember that after the application starts, candidates will be able to apply by visiting the official website of Railways www.indianrailways.gov.in.

What is the qualification sought?

Candidates should note that to join this recruitment, they should have 12th / degree / diploma etc. in the relevant field from any recognized school / university / institute. Also, his minimum age should not be more than 18 to 22 and maximum age should not be more than 33 to 40 years as per the post. Candidates must check the notification issued for the details of eligibility and criteria related to this recruitment.

How much will the fee be?

To join this recruitment, candidates of general and OBC category will have to deposit Rs 500 as fee. At the same time, SC / ST / Ex Serviceman / PWD / Transgender candidates will have to deposit Rs 250.

This is how the selection will be done

To be selected in this recruitment, candidates will have to give Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates who will pass this exam will have to go through medical test and document verification. Candidates who pass in all the stages will be selected for the vacant posts.
