Apple iPhone 16 series has been launched globally. Apple has given a big shock to the users as soon as it launched the new iPhone series. The company has decided to discontinue three old iPhone models. The company has announced the discontinuation of the old model during the Apple Glowtime Event 2024. The new iPhone 16 series has been launched at an initial price of Rs 79,900. This time Apple has used Apple Intelligence i.e. AI in its iPhone for the first time. Apart from this, many more big upgrades will be seen in the new model.
Now these three iPhones will not be available
As soon as the iPhone 16 is launched, Apple has decided to stop the sale of iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 13. Now these three iPhones will not be sold on the company’s official store. However, the sale of these three models will continue on e-commerce websites and other retail stores till the stock runs out.
Last year also, after the launch of the iPhone 15 series, the company removed the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max from the Apple Store. Apart from this, the company has also decided to stop the sale of iPhone 13 launched in 2021. With the launch of iPhone 14, the sale of its Pro and Mini models was stopped. Only the base model was available for sale, which has now been decided to be discontinued.
iPhone 16 Series
Apple has launched four models iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max in the new iPhone 16 series launched this year. The price of the iPhone 16 series starts at Rs 79,900. At the same time, the top variant of the iPhone 16 Pro Max is priced at Rs 1,84,900. In the new iPhone series, the company has made a major upgrade in the camera along with the AI feature. All models of the newly launched iPhone 16 come with a dedicated capture button. Also, the design of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus has also been changed.
