Jio increased Google’s tension, giving 100GB storage for free with AI Cloud

Jio has increased the tension of big tech companies like Google, Microsoft. The company has made big announcements about AI and cloud services in its 47th AGM. Jio has announced AI Cloud service, in which 100GB cloud storage is being offered to the users for free. Users will be able to store their photos, videos, documents etc. in Jio’s AI cloud storage. The company has claimed that the digital content stored in cloud storage will be completely safe.

Facility will be available from Diwali
Jio AI Cloud service will be launched on the occasion of Diwali. Under the welcome offer, Jio users will get 100GB cloud storage for free. Addressing the Reliance AGM 2024, the company’s chairman Mukesh Ambani said that Jio AI Cloud will bring a powerful and affordable solution for the users, where cloud data storage and data driven AI services will be made available to everyone, everywhere. Users will be able to store their important documents, photos, videos etc. on Jio AI Cloud and access them anywhere, anytime.

Affordable AI cloud service

While announcing Jio Cloud service, Mukesh Ambani said that we will provide the most affordable service. AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence should not be reserved for a select few. It should not be available only on expensive, high capacity devices. The company has made Hello Jio even smarter using generative AI. Its language understanding has been improved and an attempt has been made to give more human feelings.

Google provides 15GB of cloud storage to its users for free. After this, users have to spend Rs 130 every month for up to 100GB of cloud storage in Google’s cloud service. At the same time, Microsoft or other companies providing cloud storage services also charge users every month.

Jio’s AI service

The company has added AI feature for Jio Set-top box. Now it will be easier for users to find content in it. Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani, while addressing on this occasion, has announced several AI services. The company has announced future generative AI tools like Jio Brain, Jio Phone Call AI, AI Vyapar, AI Doctors, AI Teachers and AI Farmers.
