OnePlus Club has posted on the social media platform X about the problem in these two phones. Due to the problem in the motherboard, the phone starts hanging while running and is shutting down. There has been no response from OnePlus regarding this problem at the moment nor has information about the solution been shared.
Expense of 42 thousand rupees!
Many users have registered their complaints about this problem on the OnePlus Community website. A user told that the phone first had a software problem and when he took the phone to the service center, it was found that the motherboard of the phone was damaged, for which it would cost Rs 27 thousand. At the same time, a user told in his post that Rs 42 thousand were asked to repair the motherboard of his phone.
Many users using OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 10 Pro have reported the problem of phone hanging and overheating due to the problem in the motherboard on the OnePlus Community. Many users’ phones suddenly shut down and the screen went completely black. Many phones of the OnePlus 8 series had a green line problem, after which the company offered screen replacement. At the same time, the problem of green line has also been seen in the recently launched OnePlus Nord 4.
