This online ticket booking feature of Delhi Metro will be for both Android and iOS users. Currently this feature is available in two languages Hindi and English. For this, users will have to send Hi from their WhatsApp to DMRC’s ticket booking number +91 9650855800.

First of all, you will have to go to the WhatsApp app and write Hi on DMRC’s booking number +91 9650855800.
Now the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation’s chatbot will give you the option to select the preferred language.
After this, you will get the option to recharge the travel token with QR code or the smart card.
Select whichever option you want to choose and keep following the steps ahead.

Recently, DMRC started the facility of purchasing QR code based travel token through Amazon Pay app. In this too, users will have to install the Amazon app in their phone. After this, you will have to buy the travel token by going to the metro ticket option. Amazon Pay UPI app can be used for this.
