Cyber ​​attack on Seattle airport, internet services disrupted; passengers getting troubled

Seattle: Internet, phone, email and other communication services at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in the US remained disrupted for the third consecutive day on Monday due to a cyber attack. Airport officials are busy investigating the attack and trying to restore services. Airport Aviation Managing Director Lance Little said in a press conference, “We are working day and night to restore essential services and minimize the impact on passengers.” Passengers are facing a lot of trouble due to disruption of communication services.

However, the attack reportedly affected Seattle Airport’s baggage sorting system, prompting airport officials to advise passengers to avoid checking luggage to avoid unnecessary delays.
