Bodies of 6 hostages recovered
Goldberg-Polin’s family released a statement confirming his death after the Israeli army announced the recovery of the bodies of six hostages from a tunnel in the Gaza Strip and the identification of the deceased. Hersh Goldberg-Polin was also among these hostages. In the statement, the family said, “The Goldberg-Polin family confirms with a heavy heart the death of their beloved child Hersh.
