On Tuesday, Modi will co-chair the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit with President Putin. The Kremlin spokesman, however, said the two leaders would not issue any statement to the press after that. “No joint communication with the media is expected,” he said. “But we expect an exchange of views in both private and extended sessions, which will largely compensate for the absence of a statement to the media,” he said.
