Finely chop 1 tomato, 1 small onion, some finely chopped capsicum and grate the carrot.

To enhance the taste, add some finely chopped ginger and garlic.

Now add one finely chopped green chilli and some finely chopped coriander.

Add 1 pinch of turmeric, salt according to taste, some red chilli and half a cup of water and mix it.

Mix all the things and prepare a thick paste and leave it like this for some time.

Now apply some oil on the pan and blend all the things and spread it in the shape of chilla.

After spreading the chilla, cover the pan for some time and then flip the chilla.
